MoDOT seeks to establish multiple Time-and-Material Price Agreement(s) for the possible procurement of the maintenance and construction of fabric structures, which may include ironworker, laborer, concrete, and related building occupational titles. The award period shall commence from the July 1, 2023, until June 30, 2026. MoDOT has the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the contract period for up to two (2) additional one-year periods, or any portion therein. If the option for renewal is exercised by MoDOT, the bidder shall agree to all terms and conditions of the IFB and all subsequent amendments.
