This Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks qualified organizations to provide a bid for the one-time service (parts and labor) of hose replacement on MoDOT's core drilling equipment as detailed in the attached specs. Vendors will be able view the equipment prior to bidding, on August 17th from 12:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. CST at Central Office 830 MoDOT Drive in Jefferson City Missouri. There will be no other opportunities to view this equipment. Work is expected to start November 1, 2023 and be completed in 30 days. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS, by mail through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. If you intend to submit a hard copy bid, you must notify the buyer of record five (5) days before the solicitation closing date. MoDOT will not accept any bid responses by email.
