The Missouri Department of Transportation has determined that only one source, Heritage Tractor, Inc., can provide (1) one previously used 2021 John Deere 6130M and (1) one 6120M Cab Tractors from which were leased by the Department now being sold to the Department at a discount below current listed market value.
