The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Southwest (SW) District is seeking vendors to provide encampment cleaning and disposal services on State highway right-of-way. The solicitation will be awarded as an 'all or none' basis to the lowest, responsive bidder, on a firm, fixed pricing, 'low bid' basis, meeting all requirements outlined in this solicitation.
