The Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks proposals from qualified organizations to provide DBE supportive services and business consultation program to MHTC and the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). The contract period is from September 1, 2023 through August 31, 2024, with one (1) one-year renewal option. MoDOT will receive proposals electronically through MissouriBUYS, by mail through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. If the Offeror intends to submit a hard copy proposal, the Offeror must notify the buyer of record
