The Missouri Department of Transportation has determined that only one source, HAAS, Inc can provide an additional Real Time Digital Alert System compatible with existing Geotab AVL Units installed in MoDOT fleet. BlueArrow Telematics Inc is the only HAAS Distributor with compatibility with existing Geotab AVL Units. Contract Period: March 16, 2024 to March 15, 2025.
