The Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks bids from qualified organizations to provide Janitorial Services to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). The award period shall commence from January 1, 2023 until December 31, 2023 MoDOT has the right , at its sole option and its sole discretion, to extend the contract period for up to two (2) additional one-year periods, or any portions therein. If the option for renewal is exercised by MoDOT, the bidder shall agree to all terms and conditions of the IFB and all subsequent amendment.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Tour is scheduled for November 15, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Potential bidders WILL NOT be permitted to schedule a tour at a different date or time.
