This Request For Proposals (RFP) seeks proposals from qualified organizations (Offeror) to perform professional services developing a MoDOT Customer Service Satisfaction Survey to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). The Contract Period for services described in this RFP is from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2026Â with up to two (2) one-year renewal option periods, or any portion therein.
