AMBULANCE BILLING AND COLLECTION SERVICES

The City of Brentwood Fire Department is soliciting bids from qualified bidders for; AMBULANCE BILLING AND COLLECTION SERVICES

Bid packages will be available beginning Monday, October 16, 2023, from the Office of the Deputy City Clerk, at 2348 South Brentwood Blvd. Brentwood, Missouri 63144 until Tuesday, October 31, 2023. Bids will also be posted on the City’s website which is located at brentwoodmo.org To find the bid, open the Governmental tab and scroll down to the bidding opportunities section where you will find the request for proposal; “AMBULANCE BILLING AND COLLECTION SERVICES”.

Bids will be received by the Office of the Deputy City Clerk at 2348 South Brentwood Blvd. Brentwood Missouri 63144 until 2:00 pm Central Standard Time Tuesday, October 31, 2023.

Bids shall be clearly marked “AMBULANCE BILLING AND COLLECTION SERVICES”. All bids received will be opened at 2:15pm CST on Tuesday, October 31, 2023. Faxed bids will not be accepted. Bidders must submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of their proposal.
