The City of Brentwood is accepting sealed bids for the Memorial Park Pedestrian Bridge s Project. Bids will be received by the Deputy City Clerk, 2348 South Brentwood Blvd, Brentwood, MO 63144, until 10: 0 0 a.m. on August 29 , 2023 . The bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud at Brentwood City Hall at 10: 1 5 a.m. Bids received after said time will be returned unopened. Bidders shall submit two copies of bid proposal.

The Scope of Work consists of the demolition and installation of two pedestrian bridges in Memorial Park located at 8600 Strassner Dr., Brentwood, MO 63144. The City reserves the right to reduce the scope of work to the demolition of installation of one bridge due to budgetary restraints.

Not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages shall be paid to all workmen performing under this contract in this area according to the rates determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and waive any irregularities in the best interest of the City.
