Sealed proposals, addressed to the Greene County Operations Center, 1210 No. Boonville Ave., (1st Floor – Mailroom), Springfield, Missouri 65802, and endorsed "Proposal For Roof Retrofit Overlays of Maintenance Storage Buildings, Greene County, Missouri, Bid #23-10988” will be received by Laura Merriman, Purchasing Director, Greene County, Missouri until 10:00 A. M., Prevailing Local Time, on Tuesday, the 27th day of June, 2023, at the Greene County Operations Center, 1210 No. Boonville Ave., (1st Floor – Mailroom) in Springfield, Missouri, and at that time will be publicly opened and read in the 2nd Floor Conference Room of the Operations Center. Virtual attendance will be an option.
A Pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 10:00 A. M., Prevailing Local Time, on Tuesday, the 6th day of June, 2023, at the Greene County Operations Center (2nd Floor Conference Room), 1210 North Boonville Avenue in Springfield, Missouri. Bidders are strongly advised to attend the pre-bid meeting for informational purposes.
The proposed work includes the following: overlay the roof on the block building and retrofit overlay the existing metal roof on the metal building at Greene County’s Building Operations Maintenance Storage Buildings at 1101 and 1107 North Boonville Avenue.
