Sealed proposals, addressed to the Greene County Operations Center, 1210 No. Boonville Ave., (1st Floor – Mailroom), Springfield, Missouri 65802, and endorsed "Proposal For IS Office Infill of Greene County Public Safety Center, Greene County, Missouri, Bid #23-10987” will be received by Laura Merriman, Purchasing Director, Greene County, Missouri until 3:00 P. M., Prevailing Local Time, on Thursday, the 22nd day of June, 2023, at the Greene County Operations Center, 1210 No. Boonville Ave., (1st Floor – Mailroom) in Springfield, Missouri, and at that time will be publicly opened and read in the 2nd Floor Conference Room of the Operations Center. Virtual attendance will be an option.
A Pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 3:00 P. M., Prevailing Local Time, on Thursday, the 8th day of June, 2023, at the Greene County Public Safety Center (1st Floor Policy Conference Room), 330 W. Scott St. in Springfield, Missouri. Bidders are strongly advised to attend the pre-bid meeting for informational purposes.
The proposed work includes the following: Providing architectural, mechanical, electrical, and fire suppression additions/renovations as needed to spaces identified on the drawings for use by Information Systems and Office of Emergency Management in the basement and on the first floor.
