RFP 2024-12-DW CDBG-DR Action Plan Development
Project Description: The County is seeking proposals for development of St. Louis County's Action Plan for its recent allocation of Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds. Specifically, St. Louis County is seeking professional services to provide all services and deliverables required to develop, submit, and receive final approval of the County's Action Plan by HUD. The Action Plan must comply with all state and federal statutes, regulations, policies, and best practices.
