Project Description: St. Louis County Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting qualifications for a qualified engineering firm to evaluate the feasibility to connect the maintenance building at Officer Blake C. Snyder Memorial Park, 9801 Green Park Rd, St. Louis, MO 63123, to nearby public sanitary systems. Consultant services will include research and development of construction documents for the sewer connection and all required permitting. Should it be determined that a sewer connection is not sensible, then engineering services will include design and permitting to replace the existing septic system.
