1. Who is the current provider for the internet services and is this how the current network topography is configured?
2. How is the internet service currently distributed across the city facilities?
3. Is the city currently under contract with another provider?
4. To clarify, do you want 1 circuit at each location or do you want 2 circuits at each location for the Access diversity for the internet services?
5. If the answer to the above is 2 circuits at each location, do you currently have 2 separate entrance facilities build and available?
6. In order for AT&T to provide the best design/pricing and complete due diligence, would an extension of 30 days be considered?
7. Are you wanting this to be a fully managed solution form the provider or does the city manage their own routers?
8. The bid states: The goal of this project is to implement a network that includes the following:
• Provide a reliable delivery of data between all locations listed below.
• Advanced network intelligence to allow automatic recovery, remote monitoring, remote provisioning, and a high level of network security.
-I do not see any addresses listed below this statement in the provided documentation. What are the additional locations?
-Also in response to the above stated information, can you elaborate on what you are looking for when you state high level of security?
9. Are you needing firewall services and/or other security service on the internet circuits?
10. The bid also states: The Bidder shall supply access to an interface/portal to allow the City’s Information Technology Department to monitor and generate reports on network statistics.
-What specific statistics are you looking to be able to obtain?
