REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

ENGINEERING SERVICES

Cass County, Missouri, is requesting statements of qualifications for engineering services for County-level road and bridge infrastructure. Statements of qualifications from interested engineering firms will be received until Noon on January 10, 2024. Qualifications must include resumes of key personnel; firm experience; at least three (3) public sector references; and any other pertinent information the firm wishes to present.

Interested firms should submit five (5) copies of their Statement of Qualifications, one of which should be unbound, to: Cass County Commission, c/o Kayleigh Bowes, Administrative Assistant, 102 East Wall Street, Harrisonville, Missouri 64701.

This RFQ is an invitation by the County for interested engineering professionals to submit qualifications, which may be subject to subsequent discussions and negotiations. Submittal of qualifications does not create any right in or expectation to a contract with the County. The County reserves the right to reject any and all RFQ responses.
