REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Cass County, Missouri will accept proposals for Construction Management Services for the Cass County Jail Buildout Project at the Cass County Sheriff’s Office. Proposals will be received until November 17, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals must be received in an envelope marked “CM Services” at the Old Historic Courthouse, 3rd Floor (Commission Secretary), 102 East Wall Street, Harrisonville, Missouri.

The Request for Proposals document may be examined at the office of the County Commission at the above address or at the Cass County Sheriff’s Office, 2501 West Mechanic, Harrisonville, Mo. You can also view the document on the County’s website. The County reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals. Each bidder must deposit a bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw a bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
