Cass County, Missouri, is requesting statements of qualifications for engineering services with an emphasis on civil engineering and site layout. Cass County recently purchased property located at 107 County Line Road, Belton, Missouri. The primary intended use of the property is for a Sheriff’s Office substation. The County seeks a civil engineer to assist in site layout and improvements planning.
Statements of qualifications from interested engineering firms will be received until Noon on November 16, 2022. Qualification information provided shall include:
A. The specialized experience and technical competence of the firm with respect to civil
engineering service;
B. The capacity and capability of the firm to perform the work in question, including
specialized services, within the time limitations fixed for the completion of the project;
C. The past record of performance of the firm with respect to such factors as control of
costs, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules;
D. The firm’s proximity to and familiarity with the area in which the project is located.
E. The firm’s professional experience in site layout and public infrastructure.
