Qualifications:
|
1. Scan all HR records including personnel documents containing safety sensitive personal information
2. Remove all staples, paper clips, and other interference
3. Maintain security around all documents as required by law and best practices
4. Quality control - check files for accuracy, visibility, and organization
5. Save files where agreed upon
6. Name and organized documents as agreed upon (by employee and then by topic within their personnel files)
7. Documents must be searchable
8. Return all physical documents that must be maintained per the MO Secretary of State's records retention schedule. Returned files must be organized the way they were sent initially.
9. Securely destroy all other documents
