The City of Blue Springs is soliciting bids to develop artwork/logos and provide apparel for staff and youth and adult programs.

• Vendor must be registered with the Missouri Secretary of State and enrolled in Everify program.
• General provisions include the following:
  • Delivery dates will be mutually agreed upon between the Contractor and the City.
  • All orders must be separated per team, if applicable.
    • Team/coach information will be provided by the City of Blue Springs at the time of the order taking place.
• Vendor must have the ability to provide artwork designs, if not provided by City.
• Vendor must be able to fill orders within two weeks of placing order.
• Vendor must be able to print and make extra shirts available within 48 hours on all shirts unless approved by Blue Springs Parks and Recreation staff at the time of ordering.
• Quantities listed are estimates, not guarantees, and final quantities and sizes will vary based upon registration.
• Proposed pricing per shirt should include all necessary design, artwork and set up fees.
• Vendor must submit final invoices within one week of the completion of the order.
• Items listed in Proposal Form C are not inclusive. Additional apparel may be purchased during the term of the contract.
• No individual bidder will hold exclusive rights to printing or productions of materials. Blue Springs Parks and Recreation holds the right to award this bid individually based on items listed in Proposal Form C.
