The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking statements of qualifications and experience from qualified firms interested in providing Engineering Consultant Services for airfield development projects at Rosecrans Memorial Airport. Proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of St. Joseph until 3:00 P.M. on January 6, 2023.
