The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms who have experience in administering State of Missouri ARPA grant guidelines and previous experience with similar grant programs administered through municipalities. Proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of St. Joseph until 3:00 P.M. on December 15, 2023.
