PARKS RESTROOM RENOVATIONS

BID # 24-011

Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of St. Joseph, Missouri, at the office of the Purchasing Agent on the second floor of City Hall, 1100 Frederick Ave., Room 201, St. Joseph, Missouri 64501 until 3:00 P.M., April 25, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The work will generally consist of replacing existing restrooms at Hyde, Corby, and Hochman Parks and adding a new restroom at Northeast Park as specified in the bidding documents.

There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference held at 10:00 AM on April 11, 2024, in the 1st floor conference room of City Hall, 1100 Frederick Avenue, St. Joseph, MO.

Complete Set of Bidding Documents will require a charge of $25.00.

Please pay close attention to State Prevailing Wage Determination and OSHA Safety Training requirement per R.S.Mo 292.675
