BID 2023-36: Jury Arm Chairs

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Newton County Commission is seeking bids for 13 Jury Arm Chairs. Sealed bids shall be clearly marked “Bid 2023-36: “Jury Arm Chairs” until 10:30 am Thursday, December 14, 2023, at which time the Commission will convene to open and read the bids. Bids must be received no later than the above deadline and must contain enough comprehensive information for evaluation. Any bid not received at the appointed time shall be disqualified. Newton County will not accept any collect calls, COD shipments, postage due mailings, or emailed bids. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Questions relating to this bid shall be referred to County Commissioner David Osborn, Tel. 417 451 8223 or Facility Manager Paul Wilson, Tel. 417 592 9383. The bid invitation and specifications are available at the office of the Newton County Commission located in the Newton County Courthouse, Neosho, Missouri 64850.
