Bid 2023-19: Canopy Electrical Work

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Newton County Commission is seeking bids for Electrical Work to be done at 219 S. Washington Street, Neosho. The Newton County Commission will accept sealed bids clearly marked Bid 2023-19: Canopy Electrical Work until 10:30am Thursday, March 30, 2023, at which time The Commission will convene to open and read the bids. Mandatory Walk-Through is scheduled on Monday, March 20, 2023 at 10:00am at the Canopy Building, Location 219 S Washington Street, Neosho, MO 64850. Bids must be received no later than the above deadline and must contain enough comprehensive information for evaluation. Any bid not received at the appointed time shall be disqualified. Newton County will not accept any collect calls, COD shipments, postage due mailings, faxed or emailed bids. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Questions relating to this bid shall be referred to Commissioner David Osborn at 417-451-8223 and Facility Manager Paul Wilson, Tel. 417 592 9383. The bid invitation and specifications are available at the office of the Newton County Commission located in the Newton County Courthouse, Neosho, Missouri 64850.
