RFP 2024-12: Newton County Depositary

NOTICE TO INSTITUTIONS
The Newton County Commission is seeking RFP (request for proposals) from banking corporations or associations which desire to be selected as the depositary for Newton County, Missouri. All such banking corporations or associations shall comply with the provisions of RSMo 110.130 through 110.270. The Newton County Commission will accept sealed RPFs clearly marked Request for Proposal, RFP 2024-12: Newton County Depositary until 10:30 am, Thursday, April 4, 2024, at which time The Commission will convene to open and read the proposals. RFPs must be received no later than the above deadline and must contain enough comprehensive information for evaluation. Any RFP not received at the appointed time shall be disqualified. Newton County will not accept any collect calls, COD shipments, postage due mailings, or emailed RFPs. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all RFPs. Questions relating to this RFP shall be referred to Presiding Commissioner, Daniel Swem at 417-451-8223 or County Clerk, Tami Owens at 417-451-8221. The RFP invitation and specifications are available at www.newtoncountymo.com or at the office of the Newton County Commission located in the Newton County Courthouse, Neosho, Missouri 64850.
