RFP 2023-18: Radio Service Contract

NOTICE TO BIDDERSSealed responses for RFP 2023-18: Radio Service Contract will be received by the Newton County Commission; 101 South Wood Street; Neosho, MO; 64850; until 10:30 am, March 23, 2023. RFPs received after the above designated time will remain unopened. All RFPs shall be submitted sealed in envelopes and marked "RFP 2023-18: Radio Service Contract”.

A mandatory walk-through will be held at 9:00 am on Thursday, March 9, 2023, at Newton County Central Dispatch, 308 N. Jefferson St., Neosho, MO 64850.
RFPs must be received no later than the above deadline and must contain enough comprehensive information for evaluation. Any RFP not received at the appointed time shall be disqualified. Newton County will not accept any collect calls, COD shipments, postage due mailings, faxed or emailed RFPs. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all RFPs. Questions relating to this RFP shall be referred to Director Newton County Central Dispatch, Chancy Huntzinger at 417-451-8291.
The bid invitation and specifications are available at the office of the Newton County Commission located in the Newton County Courthouse, Neosho, Missouri 64850. To be published by Newton County News on March 1, 2023.
