Proposals must be received electronically in the City’s e-bidding service provider DemandStar by 3:00 P.M. (CST), on TUESDAY, APRIL 16, 2024. Pre-Proposal Meeting
There will be two pre-proposal meetings for your convenience. One meeting will be remote and the other onsite.

Meeting two will be held onsite at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at the Springfield-Branson National Airport, 2300 N. Airport Blvd, Springfield, MO 65802 in the Board Room. Staff will conduct a tour of the terminal building and existing airport advertising concessions following the pre-proposal meeting.
For any contract for services greater than $5,000, the successful Offeror shall comply with § 285.530, RSMo., as amended, and (1) provide by sworn affidavit affirmation that it does not knowingly employ any person who is an unauthorized alien and (2) provide documentation affirming its enrollment and participation in a federal work authorization program with respect to the employees working in connection with this contract. The required documentation affirming enrollment must be from the federal work authorization program provider. A letter from the respondent reciting compliance is not sufficient. All bids should include the signed and notarized Work Authorization Affidavit and the electronic signature page from the E-Verify program. A letter from the Offeror reciting compliance is not sufficient. Remove E-Verify and Work Authorization Affidavit if the solicitation is for commodities.
