As a minimum, the Company’s proposal shall include a listing of all products to be initially provided by the Company for District vending. The list must comply with the guidelines established by the American Beverage Association in cooperation with the Clinton Foundation and the Alliance for a Healthier Generation, and any future legislation related to vending.
